Finding accommodation with a January-to-January contract is a challenge, as most landlords are used to renting out from September. We have a limited number of rooms available in halls of residence on campus which you can apply for directly (contact the local accommodation office) however it is likely you will have to look in the private rental sector.

For example, in Surrey, Guildford is a student city and hosts students from Surrey university, University of Law, Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM), and Italia Conti making it a vibrant student town in which to live. You can catch direct trains to both Epsom (40 minutes) and Farnham (25 minutes).
