UCA Farnham has extensive halls of residence for students with its Student Village and recently opened University Walk.
Both the Student Village and our new halls - University Walk - are right in the heart of the action within the campus complex and a friendly community where you'll feel right at home.
Our accommodation comprises single bedrooms, each of which comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair - you can put your personal stamp on it with your own soft furnishings.
New for 2024* - Union Yard: UCA is excited to announce a new student accommodation option for September 2024* - Union Yard in the nearby town of Aldershot.

University Walk
Our new accommodation, located on our Farnham campus next to the Film & Media Centre and library, comprises five buildings.
The stylish accommodation is all set for more than 250 students to settle in, with each flat sleeping up to eight students in single en-suite bedrooms, along with a shared kitchen and dining area.
There are six fully accessible bedrooms for students with disabilities too.

Student Village
The Student Village at UCA Farnham features purpose-built houses and flats just a minute's walk from campus for up to 345 students.
Each flat or house can accommodate up to eight students in single study bedrooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom features a washbasin, and we do have some en-suite rooms available.

Union Yard
UCA is excited to announce a new student accommodation option for September 2024* - Union Yard.
Based in the nearby town of Aldershot, accommodation is available in flats comprising six to eight bedrooms, all ensuite.
There is no parking available on site (unless you are a blue badge holder), however Aldershot is a 5 minute train journey from Farnham and an Anytime Day Return is only £2.90† (with a 16-25 railcard).
Buses go directly from outside Union Yard up to every 20 minutes, 7 days a week. Students can travel for less with discounted student bus tickets. For more information, visit the Stagecoach website.

The allocation of rooms is carried out randomly. The University cannot guarantee to offer students their first choice regarding the location or size of the room allocated.
Please consider the number of rooms available for each room type when applying for accommodation.
If you are offered a place in university accommodation, you will be asked for an advance payment of £300. You should deduct this from the first payment of your Residence Fees.

- We operate a no-smoking policy in all our residences and buildings
- There are no parking facilities
